Happy thanksgiving from ABIS Team!
We are grateful to have such amazing students, staff and community! Living through a historic pandemic made our lives challenging but also showed how meaningful what we do at ABIS is. With our hearts full, we moved to the new building and are going through another distance learning. A big thank you to all staff and ABIS community for making everything happen! We are so grateful to have you on board with us!
A surprise Thanksgiving launch was organized by our American parents for PYP 2. They put a lot of efforts to prepare the food and do the decorations. Everything was just perfect!
When students were all sit in their places, one of the parents came with the turkey in a different style that caused a lot of reactions among everybody.
Roast turkey, green bean casserole, perfect mashed potatoes, silky tasty gravy, classic stuffing, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pies and list goes on…
This is how we all felt about it:
The annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City, the world’s largest parade, is presented by the U.S. based department store chain Macy’s. The parade started in 1924, tying it for the second-oldest Thanksgiving parade in the United States with America’s Thanksgiving Parade in Detroit.
Happy Sebastian enjoying his favorite turkey part! Yum 😋 😋😋
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
